Chef Luke’s menu:
Chicken supreme with a lemon thyme pan jus, herb mashed potatoes, burnt honey carrot puree with peas. Suitable for gluten free individuals.
Vegetarian: Squash curry over rice.
Dessert: Justamere Bakery Gingerbread Bread pudding with maple rum sauce and whipped Cream. Gluten free option: fresh berry salad with meringue, berry coolis, fresh mint.
Served with Coffee/Tea.
