Chef Elvira Prado Robles presents a four-course menu that balances artistry and tradition: Fungi a la Mexicana on a crisp tostada, salmon nestled in elote and sweet potato purées, a traditional pork tamal with vibrant salsa verde, and a delicately spiced chai tres leches finale.
Enhance your journey with optional 3oz wine pairings thoughtfully selected for each course. With seatings beginning every half hour from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m., and only fifteen guests per sitting, this is an evening designed for those who appreciate a unique, fine-dining expereince.
