Immerse yourself in an evening of refined Latin-inspired dining and live jazz. Each two-hour seating offers an intimate experience, with crisp linens, attentive service, and the warmth of a Latin jazz ensemble, setting the tone for a night of elegance.
Chef Elvira Prado Robles presents a four-course menu that balances artistry and tradition: Fungi a la Mexicana on a crisp tostada, salmon nestled in elote and sweet potato purées, a traditional pork tamal with vibrant salsa verde, and a delicately spiced chai tres leches finale. (Vegetarian option: substitute seasoned tofu for salmon, and vegetables for pork.)
Enhance your journey with optional 3oz wine pairings thoughtfully selected for each course. With seatings beginning every half hour from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m., and only fifteen guests per sitting, this is an evening designed for those who appreciate a unique dining experience.
