Ticket includes full dinner:
Entrée: Pork tenderloin medallions, mustard mushroom cream sauce, truffle mash, burnt Swinkel’s honey carrot puree and wilted field greens.
Vegetarian Option: Mushroom barley, risotto, wilted field greens, Swinkels burnt honey carrott puree toasted hemp hearts
Dessert: TBD with coffee/tea.
