Chef Luke’s ‘Grandma’s Meatloaf’, made with ground beef and a sweet & tangy glaze with crispy onions, served with truffle mashed potatoes, mushroom medley, carrot purée. Contender for best meatloaf in town!

For dessert: Bakery Chef Kris is preparing a meringue tart with seasonal berries. Yum!
